A.Â
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-52.1, the Tax Collector of the Township
of Liberty may issue and execute a new certificate of tax sale in
the event that the original certificate of tax sale issued by the
Township of Liberty has been lost or destroyed, upon approval of the
Township Committee.
B.Â
The Tax Collector may charge a fee of $100 for the preparation and
issuance of the new certificate.
