There shall be no occupancy of the Free Union Ball Field after sunset without the express permission of the Township Board of Recreation Commissioners.

No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted within said ball field without the express permission of the Township Committee.
No profanity or disorderly behavior shall be permitted within the boundaries of said ball field.
The fines for said violations of this article shall be up to $500 in the discretion of the court.
