It shall be unlawful to obstruct or damage any municipal road
by allowing the spilling or throwing of stones, dirt or any other
material thereon.
It shall be unlawful to fill up, cause to fill up or allow to
be filled up the gutters, ditches, inlets and/or storm drainage facilities
along any municipal road.
Any person or party who is found to be in violation of the provisions
of this Article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $200, as
well as reimbursement to the Township for the removal of any materials
on the roadway or drainage facilities.
