B. Valet parking. In accordance with the provisions of § 680-3F of this chapter, there shall be no one-hour parking on the following streets or parts thereof. These areas shall be designated as valet parking only. The use of spaces designated is limited to valet parking services sponsored by Red Bank retail businesses.
