Pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 61, Laws of 1934,
and the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, 1937, N.J.S.A. 40:62-106,
40:62-107, the water and sewer systems of the Borough of Red Bank
are hereby consolidated so that the same shall be operated by the
Borough of Red Bank as one utility.
