A. 
Any individual trailer moving into the Township of Liberty for location at any place other than in a trailer camp within said township for a longer period than a total of 15 days in any calendar year shall secure a permit before moving to said location.

B. 
The fee for such permit shall be $30 for the first three months of location and occupation of space within said township and $30 quarterly thereafter, all of which fees shall be payable in advance.
C. 
Said permit shall be issued and the fee collected by such officer at the Township Committee may designate, and the Township Committee shall also fix the compensation payable to such officer.
D. 
The location of any and all trailers moving into the township for location shall be approved by the officer issuing the permit, subject to the supervision and approval of the Township Committee.
E. 
Any individual trailer shall be placed within the setback lines of the lot on which the trailer rests as required by the Zoning Ordinance.[1]

A. 
Any location for which a permit is granted under this Article shall at all times comply with all proper police, health and fire regulations imposed by the Township Committee or Board of Health.
B. 
Failure to comply with the regulations set forth by the Township Committee or Board of Health shall result in immediate revocation of said permit.

Any person or persons who shall fail to pay the initial charge or any quarterly charge at the time when the same shall become due shall pay a penalty for delinquent payment in the sum of $5, and, in the event that said delinquency of payment shall continue for a period of 30 days from the date when the payment is due, the same shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.

Any person or persons who fail to apply for a permit as herein provided shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
