Fire prevention — See Ch. 175.
There is hereby established a Westville Fire District as comprised
of all that land lying within the Borough of Westville.
There shall be elected a Board of Fire Commissioners pursuant
to the statutes of the State of New Jersey in such case made and provided.
There shall be established a budget for the Westville Fire District
which shall be approved pursuant to the provisions of the statutes
of the State of New Jersey in such case made and provided.
The Board of Fire Commissioners shall be responsible for the
administration of the Westville Fire District pursuant to N.J.S.A.
40A:14-70 et seq.
