The Ordinance Establishing Rules and Regulations and Standards Governing the Subdivision of Land Within the Borough of Westville, adopted September 11, 1962, and any and all amendments thereto, is hereby amended in its entirety by the terms and provisions of this chapter, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances other than the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Westville,[1] which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
