Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded
from all Borough streets or parts thereof except for the pickup and
delivery of materials on such streets and except for those streets
or parts of streets described in Schedule VI attached to and made
a part of this chapter, such streets being hereby designated as a
truck route system for the Borough of Westville.
