1. Every person, firm or corporation engaged in building or construction
operations, in laying of water or sewer lines or other utility installations
or in the transportation of soil, stones, building materials or debris
is hereby required to avoid the tracking or depositing of mud, soil,
stones, building materials or debris on the surface or pavement of
any streets or roads in the Township. Any mud, soil, stones, building
materials or debris tracked, placed or deposited in any way on any
streets or roads shall be completely removed at the time of the tracking,
placement or disposition.
2. Access driveways. Every person, firm or corporation engaged in building
or construction operations, in the laying of water or sewer lines
or other utility installations or in the transportation of soil, stones,
building materials or debris is hereby required to construct an access
driveway for all construction-related equipment and vehicles entering
or exiting the site. The driveway shall be constructed to a size and
of material approved by the Township.

No person, firm or corporation is permitted to track or deposit
mud, soil or other debris on the surface or pavement of any streets
or roads in the Township. Such debris or obstruction shall be removed
upon notice by the Township Police.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this part before a district judge having jurisdiction
upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a district judge
in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under
the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to
pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90
days. Each day that a violation of this part continues or each section
of this part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute
a separate offense.
