[Adopted by Ord. No. 24-81 (Sec. 2-17 of the 1987 Revised General Ordinances)]
There is hereby created and established the office of Municipal
Tax Collector and Tax Searcher in the Borough of Red Bank, County
of Monmouth, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141 et seq.,
who shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council and who shall hold
office for the term provided in the law.
The salary of the Municipal Tax Collector and Tax Searcher shall
be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance of the Borough.
