A Parking Utility Operations Manager may be appointed by the
governing body, and the salary for this position shall be as fixed
from time to time by the governing body. Said Manager shall be under
the supervision of the Borough Administrator; and shall report directly
to the Council representative designated as the Mayor's representative
on the parking utility.
The Parking Utility Operations Manager must be qualified to
supervise and coordinate the total operation of the Red Bank Parking
Utility and shall be experienced in the workings of a parking utility
or in a parking authority and must be thoroughly knowledgeable with
regard to the operation, maintenance, funding and the general regulation
of parking, including metered, permit and handicapped parking spaces.
