There shall be charged a fee to the owners of manufactured homes,
which fee shall be collected on a monthly basis by the owner of the
manufactured home park and remitted directly to the Township of White.
Said fee shall be known as a "municipal service fee" and shall be
reviewed from time to time by the Township Committee of the Township
of White. The fees shall commence January 1, 1990, and continue thereafter
until amended. The fee shall be $25 per month per manufactured home.
