A.
The Township Committee of White Township hereby grants unto New Jersey
Water Company the municipal consent required under the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 48:19-17 and 48:19-20, as amended, as the same may be
required in order to permit said company to add to, extend and maintain
said water facilities on public property located in the Township of
White.
B.
A certified copy of this ordinance, upon final passage, shall be
sent to the New Jersey Water Company.
C.
This ordinance, upon final passage, and the consent contained herein,
shall be subject to the New Jersey Water Company's otherwise
complying with the applicable White Township ordinances. State of
New Jersey statutes and any New Jersey administrative agency's
rules and regulations which apply to it.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
To the extent that any part or parts of this ordinance are repealed
or otherwise modified or voided by state statute or case law, the
remaining sections of this ordinance shall remain in full force and
effect.
