Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Mechanical Code,
in accordance with Section 8b of Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972
(MCLA § 125.1508b), as amended, the Village is hereby designated
as the enforcement agency to discharge the responsibility of the Village
under said Act. The Village assumes responsibility for the administration
and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
