It shall be unlawful for any person to be in Eastside Park from
9:00 p.m. until dawn.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in Count Basie Park
from 10:00 p.m. until dawn unless there is a special event authorized
by the Special Events Committee or a permit has been issued by the
Department of Parks and Recreation for ball field or court use. In
such occasions, the curfew shall be as set forth in the authorization
or permit.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in Marine Park from
midnight until dawn unless there is a special event authorized by
the Special Events Committee or a permit for that park issued by the
Department of Parks and Recreation. In such occasions, the curfew
shall be as set forth in the authorization or permit.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in Riverside Gardens
Park from midnight until dawn unless there is a special event authorized
by the Special Events Committee or a permit for that park issued by
the Department of Parks and Recreation. In such occasions, the curfew
shall be as set forth in the authorization or permit.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in Locust Avenue Nature
Area from 9:00 p.m. until dawn.
