§ 49-1Adoption.
§ 49-2Manufacture and delivery.
The design of a white flag with gold fringe and the Official County Seal (as adopted by Resolution No. 142 of September 9, 1968), together with such additional graphics, if any, as may be proper, is adopted as the Official Saratoga County Flag.
The Promotion and Industrial Development Committee of this Board is authorized and directed to submit the same to a flag maker for manufacture and delivery to the County.
