The Saratoga County Board of Supervisors shall, on this day,
adopt said order establishing the Saratoga County Sewer District No.
1.
The Chair of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to sign said order on behalf
of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors and to affix its seal
thereto.
The order read at this meeting and so signed, sealed and dated
on October 4, 1971, be and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed
and adopted by the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors.
Pursuant to the provisions of § 259 of the County
Law, the Clerk of this Board of Supervisors shall, within 10 days
of the date hereof, cause a certified copy of said order to be recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Saratoga.
