[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Borough of
Red Bank as Ch. BH:XV of the 1989 Borough Health Code. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Chapter II of the "State Sanitary Code" (N.J.A.C. 8:57-1.1 et
seq.) adopted by the Public Health Council of the State of New Jersey,
as amended or hereafter amended, shall be enforced within the Borough.
Minimum periods of isolation and quarantine shall be those recommended
in the New Jersey State Sanitary Code, as revised July 1985, hereinabove
referred to, except when it appears necessary by the Red Bank Board
of Health to set up regulations superseding the State Sanitary Code
regulations.
