[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Borough of Red Bank as Ch. BH:XII of the 1989 Borough Health Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful for any garage owners or proprietors, both public and private, and owners of automobile washstands to permit or cause sand, oil or grease, as well as all solid substances, to enter or flow into any of the sewers of lines leading thereto in the Borough or to permit or cause sand, oil or grease, as well as all solid substances, to rise in any catch basin or pit level with or above the overflow pipe therein leading to any sewer line.
