No person, partnership, corporation or other entity shall discharge or cause to be discharged into the public sewer system:
A. 
Any water or waste which contains more than 100 parts per million by weight of fat, oil or grease.
B. 
Any other solid or vicious substance capable of causing obstruction to the flow in sewers or other interference with the proper operation of the sewer system of the Township.

Grease and oil interceptors shall be installed as directed or required in every industrial, commercial and institutional establishment. Said interceptors shall be of a type and capacity required by the Warminster Township Department of Licenses and Inspections pursuant to the Township Plumbing Code and shall be approved by the official having jurisdiction under the Plumbing Code.

Motor oil or floor drain waste must be drained into a holding tank and disposed of by a contractor approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
A. 
All such holding tanks shall include an audible warning device at a monitored location.
B. 
All installations must be permitted and approved by the Warminster Township Department of Licenses and Inspections by the official having jurisdiction under the Plumbing Code.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part 4, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000, plus costs, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part 4 continues or each section of this Part 4 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense. If a violation of this Part 4 continues for three consecutive calendar days, the Township shall issue a cease and desist order, which shall stay in effect until the violation is remedied.
