Every mobile dwelling park shall contain an electrical wiring
system consisting of wiring fixtures, equipment and appurtenances
which shall be installed and maintained in accordance with local electrical
power company's specifications and regulations. All wiring fixtures
and connections must have the New York Board of Fire Underwriters'
approval, or other authority as designated by the municipality.
A.
Each mobile dwelling lot shall be supplied with not less than a one-hundred-amp
service. If the mobile dwelling is to be heated electrically, then
a two-hundred-amp service is recommended for each unit.
B.
Electrical distribution lines shall be placed below ground in accordance
with local electrical company requirements.
C.
All grounding wire must be retained.
