The streets or highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule E are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated in said schedule, during the hours specified.
The driveways described in Schedule F, between highways and off-street parking areas in the town, shall be used for exit or entrance only, as indicated in said schedule.
