Add the R-U-1 (Residential Urban -1) designation to the area bounded and described as follows, which shall replace the R-U zoning designation in this area: starting at a point in the center of the intersection of Green Avenue and Chestnut Avenue, and proceeding in a southerly direction through the center of Chestnut Avenue to a point in the center of East Fifth Street; then in an easterly direction through the center of East Fifth Street to a point in the center of Spruce Street; then in a northerly direction through the center of Spruce Street to a point in the center of Pine Avenue; then in a westerly direction through the center of Pine Avenue to a point in the center of Penn Street; then in a northerly direction through the center of Penn Street to a point in the center of Green Avenue; then in a westerly direction through the center of Green Avenue to the point of beginning. Eliminate the area described above and designated as R-U-1 from the R-U Zoning District as set forth in the Zoning Map of the Town of Bloomsburg.
2. Extend the C-R Zoning District to include the following: beginning at a point in the center of the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and East Fifth Street; then in a southerly direction through the center of Chestnut Avenue to a point in the center of Pearl Street; then in an easterly direction through the center of Pearl Street to the westerly side of the I-P Zoning District; then in a northerly direction along the westerly side of the I-P Zoning District to a point in the center of East Fifth Street, then in a westerly direction through the center of East Fifth Street to the place of beginning.
