In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the following street location(s) are designated as handicapped parking spaces. Such spaces are for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards or plates or placards by the Division of Motor Vehicles, or a temporary placard issued by the Chief of Police. No other person shall be permitted to park in these spaces.

Beginning at a point 303 feet north of the northerly curbline of Arago Street and extending to a point 25.50 feet northerly therefrom, the latter point being the point of a forty-five-degree angle in the easterly curbline of Philadelphia Avenue (one nine-foot-wide forty-five-degree-angle parking space with nine-foot-wide access lane)
