[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Ocean by Ord. No. 1995-5 (§ 2-28
of the 1972 Ocean Codified Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
In light of fees charged by the New Jersey Department of Law
and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs, Legalized Games of
Chance Control Commission, the Township waives any and all licensing
fees which would be due and owing from "qualified organizations" as
defined in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.
No municipal licensing fee for establishing and conducting games
of chance will be due and owing to the Township from "qualified organizations"
as defined in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.
