As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated unless a different meaning appears from the context:
Includes all parks now or hereafter owned by the Borough
of Bridgeville or operated or controlled or under the jurisdiction
and regulation of the Borough of Bridgeville or its appropriate committee
or board.

1.
No operator of a vehicle shall be permitted to park a motor vehicle
in a park unless he is engaged in recreational use of the park.
2.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park any motor
vehicle in any Borough park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise.
3.
Any vehicle parked during the prohibited hours shall be considered
as an illegally parked vehicle in a tow-away zone,

It shall be unlawful to operate, stop or park any vehicle, bicycle
or other means of conveyance except in areas where permitted or designated
by the Borough, or operate the same in a reckless or negligent manner
or in a manner as to become a nuisance to other area users.

1.
The police officers of the Borough are charged with enforcement of
the provisions of this Part and the rules and regulations promulgated
by the Borough or its designated Park Committee or Board.
2.
The police officers of the Borough shall have the specific authority
to remove and impound, or to order the removal and impounding, of
any illegally parked vehicle in any Borough Park in a manner consistent
with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

1.
Any person, firm or corporation in violation hereof shall, upon conviction
thereof, pay a fine of no more that $50.
2.
The owner or operator of any vehicle towed and impounded under this
Part shall be responsible for the payment of all towing and storage
charges.
3.
The payment of towing and storage charges shall not relieve the owner
or operator of the towed vehicle from liability for any fine imposed.

As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
Unless specifically limited, shall be deemed to include all
parks, playgrounds, recreation areas, recreation structures and facilities,
and also entrances and approaches thereto, and all other land or property
or structures under the jurisdiction of the Parks and Recreation Committee
of the Borough of Bridgeville, now or hereafter owned or acquired
or operated or controlled or maintained by the Borough of Bridgeville
for park or recreational purposes, including the area designated or
known as “Triangle Park.”
Any natural person, corporation, organization, or persons,
company, association or partnership.
Any rules and regulations hereby or hereafter promulgated
by the Parks and Recreation Committee under the authority herein conferred
by the Council of the Borough of Bridgeville.

All parks shall be opened to the public at such times as designated
by the Parks and Recreation Committee from time to time and as to
each park, and subject to § 204 hereof.

1.
No person
in attendance at a Park shall:
A.
Injure,
deface, remove, cut or damage any of the trees, plants, shrubs, turf,
buildings, structures, tables, benches, monuments, paving, utilities,
signs or fixtures, or any other property located within the park.
B.
Litter
any area of the park with garbage, paper, bottles, cans or other waste
material, nor dispose of the same in any way except in receptacles
designated for such purpose leaving the facility in a neat and sanitary
condition.
C.
Kindle
or maintain any fire in the park except in fireplaces or areas specially
designated for that purpose and extinguish the same upon leaving.
D.
Remove
any bench, seat, table or other appliance.
E.
Injure,
deface, destroy or remove any notice, rule or regulation posted at
any place within the park by authority of the Parks and Recreation
Committee, nor shall any notice or placard be posted within the park
other than by authority of the Borough.
F.
Operate,
stop or park any vehicle, bicycle, minibike, motorcycle or any other
means of conveyance except in areas where permitted or designated,
or operate the same in a reckless or negligent manner or in excess
of any posted speed limit or in such a manner as to become a nuisance
to other area users.
G.
Operate
commercial vehicles, unless providing authorized services.
H.
Bring
on the premises, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage or illegal
drugs of any kind. No person shall enter the park in an intoxicated
state or otherwise be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
I.
Carry
or discharge any firearms, slingshots, firecrackers, fireworks or
other missile-propelling instruments or explosives or arrows or other
dangerous weapons which have such properties as to cause annoyance
or injury to any person or property, unless permission has been granted
by the Parks and Recreation Committee in designated areas. Police
officers in the performance of their duties will be exempt from these
provisions.
J.
Disrobe
or change clothing except in buildings or facilities made available
for that purpose.
K.
Disturb
the peace by any conduct so as to annoy any other person using the
park for recreational purposes.
L.
Use threatening,
abusive, insulting, profane or obscene language or words.
M.
Commit
any disorderly or immoral acts.
N.
Disobey
a proper order of a police officer or disobey or disregard or fail
to comply with any rule or regulation, warning, prohibition, instruction
or direction given by an authorized person and posted or displayed
by sign, notice, bulletin, card, poster, or when notified or informed
as to its existence by an authorized person.
O.
Allow
pets to run at large out of control.

The use of all parks shall be subject to this Part and the rules
and regulations promulgated herein. The Parks and Recreation Committee
is authorized to establish said rules and all additional rules and
regulations as deemed necessary with approval of the Council of the
Borough of Bridgeville.

Park facilities which become hazardous for public use due to
weather, water, fire or unforeseeable conditions may be closed only
at the discretion of the Manager of the Borough of Bridgeville.

The police officers of the Borough of Bridgeville are charged
with enforcement of the provisions of this Part and all rules and
regulations promulgated by the Parks and Recreation Committee.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not more than
$600, and in default of payment, to imprisonment for a term not to
exceed 30 days.
