(June 7, 1909) (This was for the conveyance of land to the borough for street purposes.)

Authorizing the Cumberland Valley Railroad Company to relocate, change and elevate its line of railroad through the Borough of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and for this purpose to locate, construct, maintain and operate a revised line of railroad within the limits of the said borough, and making an agreement and contract between Cumberland Valley Railroad Company and The Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg, under the provisions of the Act of June 9, 1874, for the relocation, change and elevation of the line of the said railroad within the limits of the said borough, for the purpose of securing the safety of lives and property, and further prescribing the conditions under which the said line may be constructed, and the manner of constructing the same, and providing for the closing, opening and supplying of certain streets and alleys, or portions thereof, and for the altering and changing of the grades of certain streets and alleys. Amending an ordinance approved the second day of June, A.D. 1911, authorizing the Cumberland Valley Railroad Company to relocate, change, and elevate its line of railroad through the Borough of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. (December 30, 1911) (For ordinance amended by this ordinance, see Section 1-2, above. This allowed the railroad to construct reinforced concrete bridges over Queen and Market Streets, instead of the plate girder construction originally planned, and changed the grade for those streets to allow for such construction.)

Approving a new profile for the line of railway of the Baltimore and Cumberland Valley Railroad Extension Company within the Borough of Chambersburg. (December 20, 1915) (This agreement provided that the company (1) improve South Main Street, from a point 200 feet north of its crossing at grade, to a point 100 feet south of the crossing; (2) construct retaining walls along its tracks on Water Street and grade the street between Washington and German Streets; (3) allow the Chambersburg and Gettysburg Street Railway to cross its tracks on Market Street; and (4) raise to grade the sidewalk in front of the Miller Hotel. The borough agreed to relocate a portion of Hood Street.)

Authorizing The Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg to enter into a contract with Quigley Hafer for the relocating of two dwelling houses, namely Nos. 255 and 259 East Liberty Street in the Borough of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. (May 19, 1932)

Authorizing the execution of an agreement with William M. Rupert for the care and maintenance of the public dump located on his land on the south side of Commerce Street a short distance west of Hood Street in the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. (July 6, 1932)

Authorizing the execution of an agreement between The Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Chambersburg and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, dated June 28th, 1939, and numbered "Borough Agreement No. St. 12." (July 5, 1939) (This related to the single track, siding and right-of-way of the railroad on Park Avenue and the macadamizing of the avenue by the borough.)
