Editor’s Note: This local law also provided that it
supersedes § 23 of the Town Law and § 3 of the Public
Officers Law.
The person(s) holding the office of Deputy Town Attorney in
the Town of North Greenbush need not be a resident nor an elector
of the Town of North Greenbush; provided, however, that such person
shall reside in the county in which such Town is located or an adjoining
county within the State of New York.
