Pursuant to the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Regulations, the Municipality of Norristown Police Department is authorized to use the ENRADD EJU-91 Wireless System as a traffic control device in the Municipality of Norristown.

The ENRADD EJU-91 Wireless System shall be used pursuant to the instructions of the manufacturer, YIS, Inc.
All police officers who have been duly trained and qualified in the operation of the ENRADD EJU-91 Wireless System are hereby authorized to use this device to enforce the Motor Vehicle Code restrictions set by ordinances of the Municipality of Norristown.
