A. 
The Municipal Recreation Area, which will be open for public use at such reasonable hours as shall be designated from time to time by the Mayor and Council, shall consist of the parks and recreation areas located as follows:

B. 
The above hours can be extended upon application and prior approval by the Mayor and Council, and the Mayor and Council may set other reasonable restrictions on hours by resolution.

No person within the area shall engage in the playing of golf or the putting, chipping and/or driving of the golf balls or practice golf balls. The use of golf clubs for any reason is also prohibited.
No person shall cut, break, deface, defile or ill use any building, equipment, tree, bush, plant, turf or other thing situated at the Municipal Recreation Area.
No person within the area shall throw a stone or other missile, have possession of any firecracker, torpedo or firework or have possession of any air gun, slingshot or other instrument or weapon in which propelling force is a spring or air. No person except those authorized by law shall discharge or have possession of any firearm.

No person shall sell goods, wares or circulars; or post or display any sign, placard or advertising device; or solicit any subscription or contribution; or play, engage or take part in any game or competitive sport for money or other valuable thing; or play any game of chance without the written permission of the Mayor and Council.
No person within the area shall preach or make any harangue, sing, play a musical instrument or move in a military or civic parade, drill or procession or hold any meeting or exhibit to the public any performance of any kind without written permission of the Edgewater Mayor and Council.
No person except an employee of the Borough of Edgewater shall go within the shrubbery or climb a tree, and no person shall sit or stand on a balustrade, wall or fence or stand or lie down on a bench.
No person within the area, except in a place provided therefor and only at such times and under such regulations as the Borough of Edgewater may prescribe, shall bathe, skate or fish or place in the water a boat, or place, throw or drain any substance into the water.

No dogs or other domestic animals shall be permitted in or to be taken into the Municipal Recreation Area at any time.

No person shall feed geese, birds, fowl or any nondomesticated animals within the Municipal Recreation Area at any time.
No person shall ride or drive except on established roads and ways, and then only at a speed not in excess of 15 miles per hour.
No person shall drop, place or throw any paper or other refuse anywhere in the area, except in a place provided for the reception thereof.
No person shall erect any tent, stand or structure or sell or give away from any tent, stand or structure or vehicle any food, drink or other thing without the written permission of the Borough of Edgewater.
No person shall throw, cast, catch, kick or strike any baseball, golf ball, football, basketball or any other object, except in places designated therefor.
No person shall use the area drives for the purpose of instructing another to drive or operate any vehicle nor for the purpose of demonstrating any vehicle.
No person shall destroy, remove or carry away or have possession of any building, fence, tree, bush, plant or any part thereof, turf or other property belonging to the Borough of Edgewater.
No person within the area shall annoy another person or utter any profane, threatening, indecent or abusive language, or act in a disorderly manner.
No one shall be permitted to cut into, destroy or remove any of the curbing, roadways, sidewalks or paths within the area, without written permission from the Mayor and Council.
No person, except in an emergency, shall bring, land or cause to descend or alight within or upon the area any airplane, flying machine, balloon, parachute or other apparatus for aviation.
No person shall make any fire within the area except at such places as may be designated by the Borough of Edgewater and only under such conditions and instructions as may be prescribed by the Borough of Edgewater.
No parent, guardian or custodian of any minor shall permit or allow him or her to do any act prohibited by the rules and regulations of the Borough of Edgewater.[1]

All regularly scheduled games to be played or conducted on area facilities shall require a permit noting the day, hour and duration. No other person or group of persons shall use such facilities during the period covered by any such permit except by the specific authority of the Borough of Edgewater.
No parent, guardian or custodian of any minor child below the age of seven years shall permit him or her to enter any area within 20 feet of the bulkhead unless accompanied by an adult.
No person shall enter any section of the Municipal Recreation Area that is marked "out of bounds."

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Superintendent of the Department of Recreation, his assistant and the Police Department of the Borough of Edgewater.

No person shall moor any boat to the bulkhead or piers extending from the Municipal Recreation Area without written permission from the Mayor and Council.[1]

Violations of the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
