The purpose of this chapter is to establish a fee schedule for establishments, activities and items monitored or administered by or otherwise within the purview of the Board of Health.
All the fees required to be paid, or paid under the terms hereof, are intended to be annual fees, but, when paid, shall cover only the balance of the calendar year during which the same are so paid or payable, unless otherwise herein provided.

All licenses listed in § 479-3 must be renewed by January 31 of the licensing year. For any license received after the 31st of January, a ten-dollar late fee will be imposed for each month the license renewal is not received.
