The Office of Town Clerk in the Town of Elmira is presently
an elective office. It has been determined, pursuant to § 20,
Subdivision 6, Paragraph A, of the Town Law, to make the office of
Town Clerk an appointive office in the Town of Elmira.
Pursuant to § 20, Subdivision 6, Paragraph A, of the
Town Law, the Office of Town Clerk is hereby made an appointive office.
