As provided by law, there is hereby created the office of Borough
Clerk.

Editor's Note: Two additional sections, one of which
set forth the duties of the Borough Clerk and the other of which established
his salary, were repealed 9-3-1975 by Ord. No. 581-75. The provisions
are covered by statute.
