As provided by law, there shall be elected a Tax Assessor of
the Borough of Edgewater, for a term of four years.
The Assessor shall perform such duties in relation to the assessment
of taxes as are prescribed by law and the Council may by ordinance
or resolution require.

The Assessor shall receive an annual salary as is set forth
in the current annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Edgewater.
