There is hereby created the position of Privacy Officer.
The Privacy Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The Privacy Officer shall perform such duties as shall be designated
by the Mayor and Council and shall be under the direction and supervision
of the Mayor and Council.
The salary of the Privacy Officer shall be as set forth in the
current Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Edgewater.
