[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Farmingdale 7-25-1932 by Ord. No. 49 (Ch. 91 of the 1975 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]

Peace and good order — See Ch. 396.
Peddling and soliciting — See Ch. 402.
Public assemblies and parades — See Ch. 423.
No person shall conduct any game, entertainment or amusement of any kind or description whatsoever on a Sunday that would disturb the peace or quiet of the Village; this chapter shall not apply to baseball, however, when played on grounds provided especially for this purpose.
Any person or persons violating this chapter shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for any offense, and such violation shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
