The City of Nanticoke shall enter into a written agreement with
the Township of Hanover for mutual fire assistance, a copy of which
agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the cooperation agreement on behalf of the City of Nanticoke.
