The municipality shall revert to a calendar year commencing
January 1, 2010, utilizing a transition year from July 1, 2009 to
December 31, 2009.
The Borough Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Borough
Auditor and other appropriate officials are hereby authorized and
directed to make the required application to the Finance Board and
prepare and execute any documents necessary in connection with such
application and approval.
