Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, the streets or parts of streets as described in Schedule Va (§ 89-28) attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as a route for trucks over four tons which shall be excluded from all streets except from those streets which form a part of the system of truck routes.
