[Adopted 3-8-1955 by Ord. No. 8 (Ch. 290 of the 1975 Code)]
The Board of Health hereby creates the position or office of
Secretary of the Board of Health in and for the Borough of Edgewater.
The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board of Health
and shall perform such duties that are assigned to him by the Board
of Health.
The term of office of such Secretary shall be one year, commencing
January 1 in each year, until his successor is duly appointed and
qualified.

The compensation of the Secretary of the Board of Health shall
be as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Health.
