GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire Department regulations — See Ch. 107.
The following shall be required for any public display of fireworks:
A. 
An application for permit shall be filed with the Fire Department which sets forth:
(1) 
The name of the organization sponsoring the display.
(2) 
The date and time the display is to be held (rain dates).
(3) 
The exact location planned for the display.
(4) 
The name of the company performing the display, including a list of persons actually discharging the fireworks.
(5) 
The number and kind of fireworks to be discharged.
(6) 
The manner and place of storage of the fireworks prior to the display.
(7) 
A diagram of the grounds on which the display is to be discharged.
B. 
Proof of acceptable insurance or bond shall be provided.
C. 
Inspection and approval shall be made by the Fire Department.
D. 
Cleanup of the area must be completed by 10:00 a.m. the following day, including all debris and unexploded shells.
