On the fourth Tuesday of May, and for so many days thereafter
as the Board of Assessment Review shall deem necessary, at such place
within the City of Glens Falls as the Assessor shall specify in the
notice prescribed by Section 12.8.3 of the Charter of the City of
Glens Falls, the Board of Assessment Review shall meet to hear complaints
in relation to assessments.
