For the purpose of this chapter, the area of Kingston Township, Pennsylvania, is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:
C-1
Conservation Districts
A-1
Agricultural Districts
R-1
Single-Family Residential Districts
R-2
Two-Family Residential District
R-3
Multifamily Residential District
R-4
Mobile Home Park Residential District
B-1
Neighborhood Commercial District
B-2
General Commercial District
I-1
Industrial District
M-1
Mining District

The boundaries of these zoning districts are hereby established on a map to be designated "Zoning Map for Kingston Township, Pennsylvania," which is hereby made a part of this chapter, together with all existing and future notations, references and amendments. The originals of said "Zoning Map," properly attested, shall be and remain on file in the office of the Kingston Township Planning Commission. (All map changes are found in the Appendix of this codification.)

The district boundary lines on the zoning maps are intended to follow property lines or the centers of streets, alleys, railroads or watercourses. In the case of unsubdivided property, the district boundary lines shall be determined using the appropriate scale.
