[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Kendall

That the Town of Kendall is hereby authorized to publish in
the official newspaper in the Town of Kendall brief summaries of ordinances
or local laws which amend or repeal ordinances adopted by the Town
Board of the Town of Kendall. This chapter shall supersede the applicable
publishing requirements set forth in the Town Law of the State of
New York.
The brief summary which shall be published on the date and time
set forth in the applicable provisions of the Town law shall be:
A.
Comprehensible to lay persons.
B.
In such form which will reasonably informed the public as to the
subject matter contained herein.
C.
In a form which shall disclose the nature of the proposed subject.
D.
Give notice that the completed text of any local law or ordinance
adopted by the Town Board is on file in the office of the Town Clerk
and available for public inspection and copy.
