The Planning Board of the Town of Kendall, Kendall, New York
has the power and authority to approve plans for the subdivision of
land within its limits by virtue of a Resolution No. 96 adopted by
the Town Board of the Town of Kendall, Kendall, New York on the 7th
day of December 1972.
A.Â
No subdivision of any lot, tract or parcel of land shall be effected;
no street, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main or other facilities
in connection therewith shall be laid out, constructed, opened or
dedicated for public use and travel, or the common use of occupants
of buildings abutting thereon, except in strict accordance with the
provisions of these regulations.
B.Â
All plans for subdivision shall be submitted to the Planning Board
and approved by it before they shall be recorded.
C.Â
The provisions contained herein shall apply to all land within the
limits of the Town of Kendall.
These regulations have been adopted for the purpose of providing
for future growth and development of the Town of Kendall and to create
conditions favorable to health, safety, morals and general welfare
by affording adequate facilities for housing, transportation, distribution,
comfort, convenience, safety, health and welfare of the Town of Kendall.
These regulations shall be known and may be cited as "The Town
of Kendall Subdivision Regulations."
