The location of the Flashing School Crosswalk Zone on East Academy Street is as follows:
A. 
Signal Number 1 is approximately 270 feet east of North Main Street and 275 feet west of North New Street.
B. 
Signal Number 2 is approximately 225 feet east of Pop Kramer Boulevard and 350 feet west of Turner Street.
The speed limit shall be 25 miles per hour within the Flashing School Crosswalk Zone when the signal lights are flashing and children are present.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
