A.
There shall be established a Technical Coordinating Committee consisting of the following Township officials: the Mayor, the Township Engineer, Chair of the Land Use Board, the Township Planning Consultant, the Attorney for the Land Use Board and, at the option of the Chair of the Land Use Board, the Environmental Commission Chairman and/or the Township Attorney.

B.
The Chair of the Land Use Board may request, on a temporary basis or for a specific application, other municipal officials, representatives of other governmental agencies or citizens of the Township to sit on the Technical Coordinating Committee. The Chair of the Land Use Board may appoint on a temporary basis or for a specific application any member of the Land Use Board, provided no Technical Coordinating Committee shall comprise a majority of any board that could result in the Sunshine Law[1] being applicable to such Committee.
