A.
The Town of Topsham hereby adopts the form of government known as the "Town Manager Plan" as provided in 30-A M.R.S.A. § 2631 et seq., to become effective at the Annual Town Meeting for 1991.
B.
Any reference to the "Town Administrator' is hereby amended to "Town Manager," and any provision in the Code, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Town which is inconsistent with the Town Manager Plan is hereby repealed.
