Article I Fees

§ 63-1 Fingerprinting.

The Police Department shall charge a fee of $30 for processing fingerprinting requests. This fee shall not apply to fingerprinting required by the Township for its employees or officers or the officers or employees of the Burlington Township Fire District. Individuals being fingerprinted must be residents of the Township and/or applying for employment within the Township.

§ 63-2 Candidates for position of police officer.

An administrative fee of $45 shall be paid by each candidate for the position of police officer.

§ 63-4 Title for abandoned vehicle.

[Amended 10-8-2013 by Ord. No. 13-OR-031]

An administrative fee of $100 shall be charged by the Police Department to secure the title for an abandoned vehicle.
